Professional coach and trainer
As a child I wanted to become an astronaut, a professor and a native American. Little did I know on how this reflected my neurodivergency, which I only discovered a few years back. For over 30 years I have tried to understand myself and others through a wide variety of introspection, therapy, study and professional training. Despite this wide variety in my professional life, the common ground is plain to me: human communication and personal development.
I have qualifications as a psycho trauma coach, in Transactional Analysis and in non-violent communication. In my coaching I apply family constellations, systemic work, roleplaying, tantra, The Work (Byron Katie) and my creativity. My roots in theatre thought me to observe closely, analyse from multiple perspectives and to look beyond the obvious to connect the dots.
Occasionally i give lectures and webinars on related subjects.
I am also a qualified trainer. My favourite topics are leadership, communication and of course dealing with aggressive behaviour. Another subject that is close to my heart is to strive for more acceptance of ‘vulnerable’ groups. At Stichting Ervaringskenners we train neurodivergents into inclusion-ambassadors by transforming their personal experience to ‘expert by experience’ (ervaringsdeskundig professional). Other organisations I work for are KEES cultuurvrijwilligers and Stroomversnellers.
